Had to replace a heater coil and cleaned the inside of the unit. They were very helpful. Didn't expect to pay as much. The rep on the phone told me it wouldn't cost more than $250. The total was $297. A little disappointed about that but overall happy.

Dear Matiz.di.vona, the receptionist can't provide estimates over the phone but she was very close with the rough estimate she provided.
