Ordered an elliptical online. Set up a scheduled delivery date. Night before I did not receive a call so I phoned to ensure delivery was coming. I was assured they would call in the morning but everything looked good. No one called or showed up so I phoned again. Case was opened and for 2 more weeks I have been screwed over repeatedly. I have phoned every 2 days for the past 2 weeks. I phoned yesterday and they said they would cancel the original order and place a new order to get it delivered for next Friday. I notice nothing has been updated today and no new charge to my visa. I phone and they no longer have the item in stock but didn't bother to let me know. Wow! Seriously?? I will never under any circumstances deal with Sears ever again. Over 3 weeks since I placed my order and I am now starting all over again finding a new company to order from!
