We received a call in December from Fred on behalf of the new owners of Infiniti. He was very concerned with the negative review and the terrible customer service we received. He offered to come and service our water heater and asked us to give the company a chance to make it right. We agreed and they came last week to service. One of the owners came with a technician and Fred and the other owner also showed up to introduce themselves and apologize again. We were very happy with the service and extremely impressed with the desire to improve their reputation and win back dissatisfied customers. We will call them again for service without hesitation.
We bought a tankless water heater from this company last Friday. It has been leaking since installation. We called multiple times, someone finally came on Monday evening at 7pm. He did not have the tool to fix so left. 2 Techs came on Tuesday and repaired. Today is Wednesday and it is still leaking. The customer service is deplorable. The workmanship is terrible. I am so angry that this issue is because of their incompetence and we are having to chase them to get it fixed. Biggest mistake we made was hiring this company.
