I am thrilled I hired Garrison to install gutter guards on my three-story, downtown Toronto semi-detached house. I did a lot of research and got multiple quotes before selecting this company, and chose them because they are the exclusive Canadian installers for Valor, the #1 rated gutter guard in the USA. The other products I considered made no engineering sense to me, either being too flimsy or having holes that were so big that pesky maple tree keys would inevitably clog them up. If you hire Garrison you may pay a bit more, but you will get a bomb-proof, fine-mesh gutter guard that solves the problem rather than creates new ones. Plus, Matt and his team of adorable hipsters run a clean, efficient and SAFE job site. I was impressed with how seriously they took worker safety. These are good people who do not cut corners. Follow-up is excellent. It’s fall now, the trees are shedding and Matt has texted me several times to make sure the guards are doing their job. I am so glad I spent the money on this improvement.

Damien at Spring Man took care of my landscaping nightmare at a fair price. My Riverdale lawn had built up over the years into an unsightly, weed-infested mound, and needed 6" of soil removed, regrading and resodding. Damien rolled in with two trucks and a team of eight and had the whole job done in four hours. The grass looks great. The team was patient and indulged my picky suggestions, and they left the job site clean. Thank you for solving my problems so quickly Spring Man! They resodded my next door neighbor's lawn at the same time and she was happy also.

Locksmith Pros showed up in an hour. Explained the best solution, re-keyed all my locks, and reasonably priced. Yani was great. A pleasant experience even though I was spending money ha ha. Recommended!

Do not... I repeat DO NOT use this company. We phoned them to repair a broken water heater - a premium, high-efficiency unit they had installed only six years prior. They quoted us a $99.95 diagnostic fee. Repairman cleaned the gas line, and charged another $149 on top of the diagnostic fee... bringing total with tax to over $290. He also tried to sell us a new water heater. When the water heater broke again a week later, we called another repair company. They fixed it for $99 and it's been working well ever since. (Turns out the motor was just dirty). The repairman laughed when we showed them Air Quality's invoice, "I have never in my 20 years in this business been able to get away with charging $300 to clean a gas line." Says the going rate is $99. I have also had bad experiences using Air Quality to clean my furnace. They charged $75 for a filter that can be purchased at Home Depot for $20.
