The technician, Derek, who arrived at my home was prompt, very courteous and friendly. He quickly assessed the situation and knew the old unit needed to be replaced. Upon his return from picking up the new product, the installation was quick and seamless. Scott, his associate, also helped as he was in the area picking up a part from Derek's service van. Both men were pleasant. Labor was not the biggest cost, as the unit was very pricey. I recommend this company as they have always provided great service.
