Cost came in way above estimate without letting us know. Not all work was completed, had to request a few times to come back to address the issue. Attitude was poor. Finally had to withhold payment until issues are addressed. Still some damaged sprinkler head. Refused to fix as Alex said not his issue. Will have to get another contractor to fix in Spring. Alex offered to come back in Spring to address the issue. Spring head was replaced. Found a crack elbow and replaced as well. Paid for the extra scope. Everything is working fine now.

Hi Trung. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the service we provided. When I last left the property you seemed happy with the remediation work we did after your whole yard was re-landscaped and a pond/waterfall was added. Remember we met to discuss the significant scope change to the project - we converted the riser stakes to 12" pop-ups, re-zoned the west side and front of the property to allow for a drip system in the front, and retrofitted all the new heads with water-saver MP Rotator nozzles. Your waterfall turned out great and it sounds like all you want done now is an adjustment to a front yard rotor that we didn't install. Although it is beyond the scope of what we quoted you, we will gladly return to your property this spring for a complimentary startup. At that time we will adjust the front yard Hunter rotor sprinkler that is over spraying a bit into your neighbours yard. ** UPDATE (25/03/11) - Trung Luu agreed that if we come back, the situation will be resolved, and he will have a change of heart about Solid Sprinklers. -Alexander Body
