I would highly recommend Pro A&R Renovation Group to anyone looking to renovate (even to simply fix/refresh) any part of one's home. Their workmanship is 2nd to none! They just completed their 3rd job for me with a basement renovation ~ all within budget, and within the timeline initially given. Their main task was to replace old wall-to-wall carpeting with laminate flooring (incl. baseboard mouldings) throughout the basement. Of course, like the previous times, the job grew to include a few more upgrades, like: * installing new 6-panel doors (incl. jambs, casings) * painting all of basement * constructing doors to cover the ugly fuse box unit * repairing shoddy electrical work done yrs earlier by incompetent contractor * repairing many damaged areas of drywall (again, by same incompetent contractor) * PLUS too many other small fixes along the way. In the end, the basement looks fantastic. I love it. I will always go to Pro A&R for my construction needs ~~ in fact, I already have them lined up for 2 more jobs! ~~ as I find Hamid & Ebi to be highly skilled, very professional, conscientious 24/7, and very good at addressing some difficult "asks". 3-Pc. Basement (35') Bathroom. Brilliant workmanship. 2nd to none! I love my "new" 3-Pc. shower/tub bathroom. I used to avoid using it (YUK!); but no more. I smile everytime I walk in. The room is only 35'; but with a tighter layout and simple design (dark grey, white), it looks so much more spacious. So clean. I can't rave enough about Hamid and Ebi's workmanship. Their work is 2nd to none. Any discovered issues were discussed beforehand and resolved to my overwhelming satisfaction. As this bathroom is to be used by an 86 yr old, they ensured all work completed was with accessibility in mind. Reasonably priced. Professional Pleasant. On time. Having them come back to renovate my basement. Yeah!

I am highly satisfied with Melvin's work. On time. Reasonably priced. Very respectful. He just repaired my "sinking" sink (detached itself from quartz counter!) within his quoted timeline; my reattached sink looks great! Took his business card; will most definitely use him again! I cannot praise Jason & the gang at Toro Roofing enough! Jason was so quick to respond to my request for repairs to my roof (raccoon damage). Within days, his team completed the necessary repairs. They were respectful, meticulous in their work and very courteous to my 82 year old mother. You really couldn't ask for more. And oh yeah, the cost to repair was very reasonable. Toro Roofing is now my sole go-to contact for all my roofing needs. Thank you, Jason & the Toro Roofing team!
