We used them for our first home and we'll keep coming back! We asked our real estate agent for her #1 recommendation (because I forgot we'd had our home inspected) and, funny enough, it was Acker. They're thorough, explain everything to you, and very patient. I even asked them about fixing some things and they happily explained it to me, clarifying when I didn't understand. Highly recommended!

Firstly, this company was recommended to me by one of the contractors who used to work for Mattamy Homes. I was told that they would be the most thorough home inspectors I could find. I was not disappointed. I especially enjoyed how they allowed me to tag along and explained what they were doing and looking for, and why. As a first time homeowner this meant a lot to me. I highly recommend them.

Capitol City seamless installed eavestroughing on my new home in Kanata/Stittsville. They were very friendly, flexible with dates, and professional. They went over the job with me, explaining everything and answering any questions. I've had a chance to watch their work in action and have no complaints. I'm sure if anything is off they'd be back to remedy it without delay. They're a great team and I would gladly recommend them to friends/family/neighbours in the future.
