We had gas insert installed just over 4 years ago and felt time to clean and review operation.Cory from Mersey called prior to arriving and provided estimated arrival time,we met him at door he introduced himself and verified required work including expected charge.I found his communication and customer service skills excellent.He was very courteous and respectful of the fact he was in someones house.Cory setup up his work area with cleanliness and safety in mind,Cory was very thorough going through his checklist to complete job ensuring all items completed while educating us on insert operation.He also made suggestions how to keep glass clean which was very helpful.Corey completed visit by testing and ensuring all working okay,completed and explained necessary paperwork for billing while thanking us for choosing Mersey Service Experts.(outstanding technician)

With the replacement of the old furnace, we chose the higher end unit. We are very satisfied with it. It is so quiet and we are looking forward to a reduction in both our hydro and gas bills. No one likes to spend money when it isn't necessary but we trusted the recommendation from our Mersey technician that it was time to replace our 19 year old furnace. We appreciated his knowledge and professionalism offered when selecting our new unit. As well, the two installers did an excellent job. They arrived on schedule, got the job done, explained about the new furnace and thermostat and left their work area in our home neat and tidy.
