I must say I am extremely satisfied with my whole experience with Reliance. My Home Comfort Advisor Dave arrived on time as per sched. and walked me through what I thought would be a night mare (hubby was working). He explained the whole process making sure I understood the jargon he was using so when I did speak to hubby I actually sounded like I knew what I was talking about. Very thorough and very professional. Booking the install was easy and efficient. Kevin called the am of the install to keep me informed as to when they would be arriving and they arrived right on time (not getting lost we live in the middle of no where!) . Kevin and Drew walked me though the install process (again hubby was working). And they went right to work. Next thing I knew it was installed it looked wonderful (old ugly units gone) and holy the room in my laundry room is amazing. Again Kevin took the time to introduce me to my new best friend. The new small, quiet, energy eff. best friend whom we will call "Goodman", again explaining the in's and outs of our new furnace so I could sound like I truly knew what I was talking about when hubby came home. Dave called again to make sure I was satisfied with the install process and honestly could not say enough about the great experience with Reliance. From the in home consult to the final product I am very happy. Thank you Dave, Kevin and Drew for removing our monster of a furnace that literally bonked in the night (nothing a good smack daily with a hammer wouldn't fix which I did daily and nightly) to our new BFF Goodman the small silent type.
