Althought buying the house was a pleasant experience, the after sale service was terrible. The installed soaker tub had a number of cracks in it and the builder said the manufacturer has to pay the bill to replace and the manufacturer said the builder has to pay to replace. It took 1 year to get the tub replaced and only after I cause a big fuss. ONE YEAR
Also, a painter was to come and fix problems in the ceiling. He walked into my house without knocking or ringing the bell and then proceeded to spin his ladder around and hit the dining room table. Trouble was the company did nothing about it. I would likely NOT go with Fieldgate again.
