Inspected for likely points of entry, Installed one-way traps. Pointed out additional potential problems (points of entry for mice). Helpful. Returned to check traps to make sure objective was achieved. Responsive when additional concerns were raised, including additional traps/checking/clearing. Nice, knowledgeable people, good service.

It is very common for red squirrels to travel between floors because they can fit through much smaller spaces than there larger eastern grey squirrel cousins.
