This is not the Sears of 10 years ago with great appliance service!! When it was delivered, they refused to hook it up because the hose went through a conduit in the wall (like most new installations), then wouldn't give me back my $100 delivery fee. When I was shopping for it, not one salesman would even talk to me to answer questions because I had been dealing with a different person. Now, a few months later, we are having problems and they won't even talk to me about my purchase without knowing the name of my salesman! Who cares who sold it, just fix it!. Sears won't even look at it but want to send me on to some third party repairer, but of course have to have the name of my salesman. I am so frustrated, but will have to dig up the receipt to get the name of the salesman so I can lodge a complaint. Over the past 40 years we have purchased most of our appliances from Sears - no more!!
