I called Carlos at Cain on a Sunday to ask how to get rid of the numerous wasps suddenly clinging to my study window. He explained that at this stage of the wasp nest's cycle there was little he could do--though he would of course be willing to come and treat the likely holes appropriately if I so wished. He gave me excellent advice on how to deal with the situation myself and took time to explain exactly what was happening in my home. The advice is working.
