PTR Carpentry, Paul Richardson is the ultimate professional. Not only is he a master at his craft but an extremely friendly, polite, trustworthy trades-person. Our job was to completely frame a 1200 sqf basement. I contacted Paul because of the reviews I had read on HomeStars. He contacted me right away. We set up an appointment. Paul showed up to the appointment on time ready to answer all my questions. We booked a date 6 weeks away for him to complete the job. The day the job was to start the wood arrived, Paul and his assistant Martin arrived exactly when they said they would. The job was completed by 3:30 the next day. Perfect in every way. During the process I had to make a couple of small changes. Paul made adjustments to the original plans without hesitation. The project came in at the exact quote Paul had given me. When I came home from work the second day my basement was spotless. If you need any framing done, of any kind, don't hire anyone else but Paul (PTR Carpentry). Paul is the best. Tom was very good to communicate with. His job of spraying the joist ends was a great ungraded to our cold basement. Tom and his crew came on time and worked quickly to complete the process. My negative comment is there was a lot of mess that was not cleaned up upon completion. Chunks of foam were all over the place and all over the floor in a few places. I would recommend Spray Foam Coatings on the condition the clean up is much better.

Insta Insulation did a fantastic job blowing insulation into my attic. We brought the R value to R50. When I came home from work only a few hours later the same day, I noticed a difference in the house's temperature. The crew arrived when they said they would, worked hard and fast. Cleaned up very well when they were done. They answered all our questions. From the the quote process to the final job they were very polite. I would hire them again without hesitation.
