My review is going to be in details but it is worth for the Home owners who are looking for duct/vent cleaning. I will try to be precise and to the point. 1. Rupert and Paul are great Team.. Came on Time and professional. 2. Rupert briefed me step by step on what and how it is going to be done. 3. They were very careful with the property. Safety of the house/floor is one of their priority (see pictures). 4. Rupert wanted me to follow him that what is he doing and to show me before and after. 5. Rupert knows what he is doing and he loves his job.. The reason why I am telling this is he himself won't be satisfied until he is 100% sure that the duct/vent is complete cleaned. 6. He took his time and did not rush at all 7. It took him almost 2.5 hrs to complete the house. I had other contractors who were in and out within 1 hr and we have no idea what they did. 8. When vents were cleaned he sanitized and air pressured the vents so it vent all over the ducts which kill any kind of bacteria. 9. I will definitely hire him again and no need to look anyone else. He was very nice polite and will keep asking customer if they have any kind of question. I have attached few picture, I wish I could've attached video clips but unable to do so. I tired to upload as many pictures as I could. The pictures are mixed up so it includes how they prep for the cleaning/before and after/dust in ducts/concrete and other things found in the Ducts/Cleaning of return air and spraying sensitization in the vents. Found out Aeroseal on google. Checked reviews and those were almost 100% Contacted Victor who came to our house and provided quote Luckily I was able to get earlier appointment due to some cancellation, otherwise they are fully booked for next 4 weeks Crew was very polite and informative Crew found out that 1 of the duct coming directly out of the furnace was going to garage dry wall and wasted for several years this caused 20% of leakage and another leakage was 30% In total my leakage was 50%. OMG that 50% of more in energy bills!!! Crew sealed everything and now the leak is 0.9% or in other words 0%. That is a big WAO!! Charges depends on the sq/ft of house I recommend to stop taping off the vents/stop insulation in the attic/stop putting heater/fans in other rooms due to no air flow and call Victor. Money well spent. I saw big difference in 24 hours. My furnace is working less and rooms are more comfortable. The far bedrooms CFM has improved a lot and those are getting more warmer. Time will tell how much the seal will last, but what I saw was amazing. The warranty is for 10 years but it will last more. Even if you have to redo after 10 years (if you are in the same house) it is still worth doing it. In the end it is your health and comfort. Call Aeroseal/Victor and get your quote and have these vents sealed YOU WILL NOT REGRET!! Thanks you Victor/Yuri and team
