Initial work was good and friendly, but job was not complete and was unresponsive
When initially engaged with Ultra Built In Systems, everything was positive. I ended up installing a high-end tankless water heater, with features for recirculating. But after being ensured everything was installed properly, I never got the feature working. Additional calls ended up with broken promises. I basically paid $6500 for the same result as when I was renting for $40 a month. I also requested an install for a central humidifier and after over a month of not getting anything done, I finally gave up. Very disappointed.

Sorry to delay my respond, first of all you paid me 5200 plus tax and we installed your tankless water heater with the best quality of workmanship.
You were asking me to have WiFi for tankless from Rinnai and supplier didn't have in stock to delivery to you and you programming it to your cell and I said to can buy it on line.
You wanted to have central steam humidifier for your entire house that's great we can supply and install but, your electrical panel is far a way from mechanical room with complete finished basement and we need 240v-60Hz 16 amp breaker and wire from panel to mechanical room.
If you get electrician runs the wire we are please to look after you.
