Wow, your one Tough Customer, after fixing your leak in the winter last year to hold you off till the spring for your roof installation free of charge, going through your ventilation issues, offer you an extended warranty program.
After reading your review and rating, i have to be honest, i'm a little disappointed and dishearten.
