My house is built from the early 80s. And the stairs from main floor to second floor are covered with old carpet. Emil had provided a quote, which was very reasonable in terms of pricing and the amount of work. His father and another person did the work over a span of 3 days, and were very hard workers. The job was done very well, with few small things, of which one of them got addressed a week later when I called Emil. Overall very happy with the job.

I wanted to change the 8x8 tiles to 12x24 porcelain tiles on the floor, and replace the backsplash with a subway mosaic tiles. From the beginning, Rick gave honest feedback and ideas on tackling this work. Price was reasonable as well compared to other contractors. Rick was on time throughout the project which was about 5 days of work. The house was kept tidy, organized, and in safe hands. Rick also went above and beyond to get the job done, and also gave a recommendation of a contractor for my other needs. I would definitely give out contracts to Rick in future again.
