Very quick to to respond to my service request, which involved re-attaching a wooden decoration from the fascia on the roof of my second story house. He came out the next afternoon and fixed it quickly for a good price. Would recommend to others.
My house was the first of four on my cul-de-sac to get its shingles replaced by ALR. The project took two-and-a-half days, longer than expected. Two other houses had their shingles replaced in only one day, probably due to ALR subcontracting the projects to larger teams than the one that worked on mine. Other than that, the shingle replacement seems to have been successful.
We are sorry to hear we weren't able to complete your house when you had expected. There is many reasons why some roofs take longer than others. We work hard to ensure everyone is happy with out service from start to finish. Weather can also be a factor as to why the time took longer than your neighbours.
