First, no show when I booked our move for December 2. Because they were apologetic about a truck breaking down, we rebooked for the following day. Company arrived on time. Moved everything in 2 hours. Price was more than we agreed upon but they were very quick, so I paid and asked for receipt. They agreed that they would mail one. Over a month later and a phone call to remind them, including to look for items, I still have not receieved a receipt or a call back as requested. Nor did they get back to me about missing items. Left a voice mail message but still have not heard back. I am realizing quite a few important items are missing, including a tear in my couch. I gave them a decent tip because they were efficient and polite. I would only recommend this company if: 1. you supervise them closely handling your stuff 2. mark every box to ensure nothing is missing. 3. request a receipt beforehand. 4. move precious items on your own. I am disappointed because they were highly recommended and will never get my stuff back, which included gifts from loved ones.
