Firstly, the sales representative arrived exactly on time as arranged. Pavle was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and empowered to conclude a successful closing. The installation crew (Scott & Andrew) arrived on the pre-arranged day & time and completed the removal, installation and testing of the new unit. They covered the walking areas with protective mats, donned shoe coverings and immediately commenced work. Within about 4hrs, the job was complete, all traces of the old equipment removed and the work areas cleaned up and as presentable as it was before they started. They covered the operation of the equipment with us and answered any questions or concerns. Their work was neat and efficient.
