On the day of the appointment Jay and a coworker showed up as promised. They were very polite and professional. I showed Jay around while he explained the process and promised they would do a good job for us. Then they both set to work. They were very thorough, worked systematically and efficiently through each area. Total time was less than 2 hrs. Our carpets are almost 20 years old, we've always had pets and the high traffic areas have taken a hard beating. I was very impressed and very happy with the end results. Everything looks and feels so fresh. A lot of the strains I thought were permanent have either disappeared or been significantly reduced.
