Positives: Person who sold the furnace to me was professional, responsive to emails, friendly, and knowledgeable. No concerns with the sales team at all. No concerns with the installed furnace either, it was as described and looks to be working well. Installers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Also great followup from both the main office and the salesperson, with the chance to provide feedback online. Negatives: I was at home for the majority of the time the installers were installing (several hours). I left to run an errand for 20 minutes, only to return and find that the installers had *drilled into my walls* to install free-of-charge carbon monoxide detectors that I did not ask for (I already have them in the home). I had left my house for the 20 min errand and expressly asked them to call me with any questions or concerns as needed, but they did not bother to call to ask if I would like the detectors installed. For something that ended up being drilled into a very visible part of my main hallway, a phone call would be expected. I find out later by the sales person that this is unusual practice, so I hope that this doesn't happen again to a future client.

I got my garage rebuilt in October and wanted to wait a few months to write a review! First off, working with Jason on this project was nothing but professional, prompt and friendly. The ease with contacting him and getting a response was fantastic and he made it very easy to make decisions on a project that I initially had no exact specifications for. He explained every step very clearly and it was obvious from the get-go and throughout that he wanted the best price with the best product for me. Overall, the experience was great! We're very pleased with the garage itself. It's nothing fancy, but it's exactly what we were wanting - an upgrade from our 50 year old garage! Being in a cold city, there has been a few instances where the man-door had issues with opening and closing during extreme weather changes but Jason has always responded quickly. He's always come out within 24 hours to make adjustments as needed so we're really happy with the post-build customer service! Highly recommend Ronnex if you are looking for a new garage.

We had Chris and his team do our spring cleaning this year. Excellent communication, came when he said he would, and left my lawn in fantastic shape all for a great price. I would definitely recommend him!
