Great company. We had a few shingles blow off last winter which needed replacement plus around a 150 feet gutter than needed to be cleaned and covered with a screen. I got quotes from 4 companies. Ryne was the most responsive and came back with the lowest quote. His workers showed up on time and finished the job quickly. We need the roof replaced in a couple of years. If the shingles installed by Impressed Roofing stay in place, it will be the first company I will call for the big job :)

After the terrible experience, I have had with garage door companies in the past, dealing with Avidor was an absolute pleasure. He is punctual, delivers what he promises and is obsessed with customer service. He replaced three old wooden garage doors with insulated ones for us. He proactively communicated with me throughout the selection and installation of the doors. At the end of the installation, I was not 100% satisfied with the installation due to some minor issues. He stayed for hours to rectify until I was completely happy. On top, he is very competitively priced. Highly recommended!

The initial experience wasn't good, as the job turned out to be complicated than the company expected, but Oleh from Gold Leaf followed up after my complaint, came three times to the house and resolved the issue. It is obvious that the company cares about its reputation dearly, which is rare given the contractors are usually in a position of power with high demand for these services. The experience also made me a big believer in the effectiveness of the Homestars platform/reviews in ensuring that the customers' interests are protected.

Dont be fooled by their great reviews. This company is all good when it comes to selling. But if you have a problem, forget about them responding. We had a furnace and AC installed under full service contract 1.5 years ago. After installation, we received a notice from ESA that installation was incorrect and we will be fined. We had to chase Mario, the installation manager, for weeks before he resolved the issue. During this, the sales rep was nowhere to be found when we tried to reach him. Since then, Reliance's maintenance staff has come 3 times for regular maintenance but they are unable to access the furnace for service because it is incorrectly installed. They make all the right motions, apologize that they cant service the furnace, take pictures, email their supervisor, and promise the issue will be resolved immediately but there is never any resolution. Since last week, I have been calling Reliance every day, and have sent them 3 emails that I am afraid we have a safety hazard because the furnace has not been serviced for 1.5 years although they charge us for it. They tell me that someone will call me and it never happens. I would advise you don't risk the safety of your family by depending on Reliance. Their reputation is driven by their marketing budget.
