This is our second time using the team at Premiere. Almost two years ago, we had our main floor fireplace completely redone and the experience was great. So much so that when my husband and I started our basement renovations and decided that we wanted yet another fireplace and a kitchen in the basement there were no questions about calling any other company besides Williams at Premiere. He quite literally understood exactly what we were looking for down to the very last detail and Williams made that happen!!! My contractors were at the point of spray foaming the interior basement walls and I had yet to contact Williams about the installation of the fireplace. The pressure was on for Williams and his team to get me a fireplace ASAP. One simple call to Williams and my fireplace was installed. These guys are professional, a pleasure to deal with and will deliver on their work. They will give you piece of mind but most importantly, we are absolutely thrilled with the finished quality of the work. We definitely would not hesitate on recommending Williams and his team to family and friends. Wishing Premiere nothing but continued success.

After much research, my husband and I decided to use The Home Improvement People for our basement renovation. Our experience in working with H.I.P. was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the initial meeting with Elia and the follow up calls thereafter Elia put us at ease with the project. Start date was scheduled and the basement reno started right on time!!! Elia introduced us to John and Moises who were assigned to our project and we couldn’t be more thankful. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and the knowledge they brought. John and Moises were very professional, efficient and attentive to all of our questions and believe me there were many questions!!! John and Moises provided alternative solutions when and as needed so that we could make an informed decision on what would work best. These guys are great and as far as home renovation projects go this was by far the best experience we’ve had on this large of a scale. Even the billing process was smooth and accommodating and I’d like to thank Haydee for that. We have no hesitation in recommending the team at H.I.P and will look forward to future projects. Williams and his entire team were such a pleasure to deal with right from day one. Williams took the time to sit with us and go over the details to get exactly what we wanted. Rocco and his team came in and started and finished the job in a timely manner. The team was very professional, efficient and communication was a breeze. They took the time to protect my floors and even cleaned up after their work – BONUS!!! I couldn’t be happier with my new fireplace and would definitely recommend Premiere and their team to anyone.
