I needed my screen replaced on my patio door as well as the lock. John came out and replaced the screen with pet mesh. He also changed some rollers and fixed the lock. He didn't leave until I was satisfied with the work. He also made sure that the doors slid open and closed better (they were very hard to move). The price was very reasonable. The doors work like new. A lot cheaper than replacing the whole door!! Thank you John and Doctor Screen!!!

What an AWESOME company.!!! From the time I met with Matthew to the time the job was done I felt like the only customer they had. Everyone in the company was eager to make me happy and would not be satisfied unless I was. I have never worked with a company like that before. They really care about customer service. Matthew was always available to answer my questions and concerns no matter how silly they may have been. I am very picky about the little things and Matthew dealt with them professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with from Matthew, to Chris, and Kas and Barb and Raj in accounting, everyone made me feel like I mattered. I am so happy with the jobs I had done, I am getting them to come back to do my eaves. Great company to deal with...worth every penny!!!!! Thank you to everyone at Avenue Road!!!!
