We had a concrete porch that was crumbling in certain areas. We obtained several quotes. Nathan's was in the middle. He was personable, explained the job in detail but at a level we could understand, and showed class by not running down the competition as some had done. He was reasonable in our negotiations, and suggested various alternatives that could save us money, all the while describing the pros and cons of each. His crew were professional and friendly. A problem arose during the job. When it was brought to his attention, he had his men fix the minor damage it had caused to our cold-storage room ceiling (at no cost to us; what's more, it took several hours and crew members to repair it, all on his dime). The job took longer than expected due to the weather and delays with the concrete supplier he deals with, but we are very satisfied with the end result.
