In spring 2007 we hired University Werks to take down an old retaining wall and replace it with a new one. The entire project took less than two days. The entire crew was quick and efficient and left the yard clean. The wall looks beautiful and they were careful around my perennials. The job was inspected personally by owner.

In July 2006 we hired Giant to replace the carpeting on our second floor. The seems were terrible, the grain was different from the hallway to the bedrooms - it was extremely noticeable. We tried for months to have them return to fix the work and spoke to many different people who promised to call us back - even the salesman was not cooperative until we visited the main store and complained in person. Finally they returned in spring of this year to "fix" the problem - however the seems are horrible and will probably never be fixed. I highly recommend to stay away from this terrible company.
