After our conduit in our family room was installed, we decided to change the location as this would flow better with our floor plan in mind. The dry wall at our house was quickly installed, however, Grand Alarm (Angie) was extremely helpful and co-ordinated the change with our super and the installation team. We were told that this kind of last minute change does not usually occur, as the dry wall had to be taken down and re-installed. We are very thankful to the team and Angie for her hard work and complete customer satisfaction.
