Kingsway Roofing replaced our shingles back in the Fall of 2013. They are still in top notch condition in 2022. Backstory: We suddenly had leaking in two places in our house which we knew meant a new roof was in order. We received quotes from a number of well known roofing companies but their quotes were extremely high and their customer service left us wondering if they were more concerned with the sale than the actual job. Peter from Kingsway came and quoted us about 15% less which made us realize the extra cost was having a separate sales force and a glossy brochure. We decided on Kingsway. Peter also was the only one who offered to put tarps on the leaking parts of our roof until the date of the roof re-do. So glad we decided to go with Kingsway Roofing. The job itself was professionally done. All old shingles stripped and removed. Waterproof membrane was laid on the entire roof, NOT just the 3 foot minimum required. Drip edges installed. The new shingles were also installed perfectly. Cleanup was complete and done quickly.

We bought our gas log set from Fireplace Concepts back in the late 1990s and it worked perfectly for many years It hadn't been on in 5 years and the previous serviceperson who looked at it said he couldn't fix it and it was then completely turned off. . Ben, Fireplace Concepts serviceperson, came today and got our livingroom fireplace gas log set up and running quickly. Very polite and also very meticulous. Checked CO2 levels, annd told us he would come back in the new year to install a separate gas shutoff valve downstairs since no one had previously done that and also put a lock to keep the chimney vent open as the previous serviceperson took it off and closed the vent when he shut off the unit. Very happy with the service. Should have had this done sooner, but the last guy made us think we had to get a new unit (maybe that was his plan). Highly recommend using Fireplace Concepts for service/repairs.

Had Reliable install my Goodman high efficiency furnace back in 2014. Today was the 2nd time it has broken down since installation, the last time being January 2018. I tried contacting them through 3 different methods - general phone # (left two messages - no reply), direct email to the owner (no reply), phone message to the owner's personal direct # (no reply). I had to call another company to do the repair. Found out: #1. The furnace was INCORRECTLY installed! The piping to go outside is both running too far and does not vent properly in a slightly downward direction for drainage, it tilts upwards so it isn't draining properly and the unit is now getting water inside!!! #2. We were sold the WRONG furnace for a house our size! The furnace we were sold, a GMVC950704CX, is for a house with square footage over 2,000 square feet. Our bungalow is only 900 square feet. #3 Has it locked into running in the first stage so it doesn't go to the second stage because a furnace this size wouldn't work properly at 2nd stage for a house our size. Which means it is NOT running properly as a high efficiency furnace or safely (the improper installation)!!! I am appalled and disappointed that I will probably have to purchase an entire new furnace after less than 5 years!. AVOID this company. I'm in shock that I ever thought this company was good.

Back in 2014 we had Reliable install a brand new Goodman high efficiency furnace. All responses from the company during this process from quote to completion were prompt and pleasant. We were extremely pleased by their quick and efficient service during this process. I would give them 10/10 for this installation. --------note: Both last year and this year we had problems getting a response (despite multiple attempts) from Reliable regarding booking a furnace maintenance visit. UPDATE: Darryl has now called, apologized and has set up the maintenance appointment.
