Water Heater Replacement - Covid Protocol
Concern with your company's covid protocol and service. -Two technicians came in this morning - one was not wearing his mask (only around his neck). -Walked into the residence with shoes on / did not cover the walk path. -Work triggered house alarm, when I was dealing with the alarm code, one technician came to talk to me to see what's going on without maintaining physical distance and without a mask. -Floor area around water heater is uncleaned when done. -Not happy.
