One of the three lights had fulminated leaving only two working lights. I called a handyman over 1 year ago to replace the bulb but he could not remove the burnt light. He recommended that I replace the entire fixture instead. I decided to let that suggestion go. I called Mark and left a voice mail which he returned within 15 minutes. That in itself is outstanding! He drove from his work place in Thornhill, ON to my home in Mississauga for the task. He not only removed the burnt light saving me the time and expense of buying another track light, but, he also fixed a faulty oven door which wouldn't close. Mark's quality of service is OUTSTANDING!

Glen did a good job of reinstalling a coat rack and 2 shelves on a wall and replacing magnetic catches on my shutters. He also fixed the hinges on one of my shutters. It was all very basic handyman work and I have no complaints about his workmanship. The only negative part is his quote for the jobs I gave him. Glen told me by phone that he charges $85/hour and 2 hour minimum charge. He finished his tasks in 3 hours. His bill came to $384.20. He should have been more honest and say $170 for the first hour and $85 each hour after. I asked him to waive the 2 hour minimum for a 2nd jog but his response was "I don't do that for anybody." Then he said $150 for the firs hour or less. I passed on his offer.
