Sam was recommended to me by a friend. I called him and he agreed to come the next day. He came promptly at the time fixed and was able to change the cartridge. Although it was difficult to do since the the cartridge was damaged inside, he patiently kept trying until he was able to fix it. I was grateful that he did not give up as I had water leakage. Sam is a very courteous individual and pleasant to work with. I would recommend him for sure. Mumtaz

Ben came home and worked with us to give us a great price and to help us with picking up the rugs, cleaning and also bringing them back within a week. He came with his wonderful son Sayeed and placed them exactly where we wanted them laid out. Ben is very knowledgeable and is very passionate about his job. He is also very sensitive about helping the seniors to make them feel comfortable and to do the best job possible. I would highly recommend him. Mumtaz - We have 4 rugs cleaned and 3 small ones.
