I found the whole moving process with Jia Jia to be very smooth and efficient. First of all, the quote that they gave me was reasonable. Secondly, all of my dealings with the office staff were professional and courteous. The actual move went really smoothly as well. Three movers were needed and showed up on time. They moved everything efficiently and without any incident (Scratches to furniture etc.). Overall, I was pleased with the whole experience.
