We found Optima on HomeStars and had them do an estimate for us. Optima are pros at what they do at every level from start to finish. Their sales person Kyle was generous with his time and responsive throughout the contract process. The install crew (Artur & team) was always on time and did a great job! The only thing better than the quality job they did was the way they left the site (interior and exterior) - very tidy and clean. We had a custom window made up to match the design of the door they installed - the Iron Work wasn’t “similar” or “kinda the same” ... it was EXACTLY THE SAME! You would never know it was a catalogue door and made-to-match window. We are very satisfied with the whole thing and would highly recommend Optima to anyone looking to get some replacement windows and doors.
