Krys & Brandon showed up on time and performed the annual furnace maintenance on my 9 year old Lennox 2 stage furnace. All seemed to be in good shape, have to keep an eye on the inductor boot as it seems to have a tear in it. Resolved an A/C issue while on site. Changed the speeds of the fan motor and forget to advise. Had to have another tech come later that evening to make sure all was correct. Which it was, the fan speeds had just been lowered to optimize humidity removal when the A/C is on. As it was not ramping up as high as I had been use to, thought there was a problem.
