We met Elliot in the Fall of 2021 after being recommended by some neighbors and other friends who had pools installed by his company in recent years. Elliot walked us through the process in detail and we decided to have a 35 ft Dolphin fibreglass pool installed the following spring (2022). Elliot also recommended a tree removal company to prepare the site and provided a clear overview of the next steps. Unfortunately the following spring the installation was initially delayed because of the crane operators' strike and some other supply chain issues, but once it started it progressed quickly and it showed the experience of the YR Pools crew. We had some issues with bulging that were corrected by Elliot in a very expedient way, and it once again confirmed his great character and customer service. The entire process, including the extensive stonework, took about three weeks and we were able to use the pool for the first time on May 6th and have enjoyed it ever since. In conclusion, Elliot and the team at YR Pools did a great job transforming our backyard and we can recommend him with no reserves.

I bought a Rinnai RUC98 from Husky last weekend and I'm very happy with the choice I made. The product works great and the installation went smoothly. I talked to Dimitry on Friday and the installation got scheduled for Saturday, next day between 9 and 10 AM. Sam was at my door at 9:02 AM and shortly after Ali came too, they explained me what they are going to do and were very professional and friendly. They removed the old leaking tank too. They cleaned up the site after and everything looks great, the entire family is happy now that we have hot water again.
