Mark was reffered to me by a friend. I didn't know Mark at all however, he made the overall process very fluid from start to finish. He took the time to set up two meetings with my wife and I to review his products, timeframes and price. The work was done on the date we agreed to. We just has our kitchen counter tops installed by North Stone. Everything from the start to finish was a very fluid process. During the initial consultation, we were educated on the different types of products that they had and that was available on the market. This gave us a good comfort feel. They left some sample and flyers with new pressure. We called them back and decided to go with them. They installed the product within a week. The installation guys were also very professional and very clean when working. We have already recommended them to our sister-in-law and neighbor. I will continue to recommend them to friend and family.
