My roof was in very bad condition as I had been putting off this job for some time. All through the summer I had received tons of unsolicited quotes, cards and flyers dropped off at my house. I finally saw a sign on my neighbor's lawn so after listening to his praise I called Logik Roofing and they gave me a written quotation that looked much better than the others I had received. I hired them to do the job and was very pleased with their work. They showed up on time and worked very hard. They did a great job and they even replaced all my roof vents, which I didn't even know about before hand, but they said it was included. They cleaned up perfectly and even straightened out part of my eavestrough for me as well, plus, they caulked my skylight for me too. My wife and I are both extremely happy with the work and our house looks great now with our new roof. One other thing that I liked about Logik was that they told me there would be no money up front (no deposit), but I had to pay them in full with a bank draft when they were done and when I was happy. The no deposit idea was something that I really liked too. These guys did a really good job for us and I would recommend them highly.

I have a large home in Pickering and I called four different insulation contractors for an estimate to upgrade my attic insulation. The first company asked me how many square feet the house is and gave me an estimate over the phone. Two other contractors came over, measured the outside of my house and then gave me an estimate without even looking in the attic. Both of those guys seemed to be in quite a hurry. My next call was to Matrix Insulation. Jim Francis came over and not only did he actually go up in my attic to check it first, but he gave me quite an education about the different types of insulation and which would be best for my home and why. It was easy to tell that he really knew what he was talking about, so I booked them to do the job. Corey and two other guys came and did the job and they were also very knowledgable too. They did an amazing job, and the blanket of insulation they blew in is so level now that it looks like an ice rink. Its perfectly even now but it wasn't before. I had a really good experience with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add more insulation.
