I had TCS out twice to fix leaks in my basement this summer. I found a leak a few days before leaving on vacation - I had a friend let Jamie in, he injected the crack and filled it - everything was fixed by the time I got home. A few weeks later, I found water coming in through a tiehole on the other side of the basement. TCS sent Jamie back out and he sealed both the tie hole and a nearby crack (so that water currently coming in the tie hole wouldn't find the next easiest path into my basement). As great as Jamie was - efficient, minimal disruption, good quality workmanship - I hope that these are all my basement issues and I don't have to see him for a while! I've happily recommended TCS to a colleague already.
