We had an issue a few weeks ago with our water tank leaking and you cam to "fix it". Less than one month later it is leaking again. I called to have this "fixed" again yesterday and no one came. I was told that someone would be at my house between 7am-9am next day and no one came. So i decided to call another plumber as this leak is destroying our floors But the other guys said since your company did the repairs it would be best to deal with you. I called again and spoke to your not so customer serviced based receptionist to find out that she would not send anyone to come until between 3pm-5pm, which is probably closer to the time that some one would have showed up anyway. Now I am very skeptical that anyone will actually show up which is why I am posting this here. With my experience, I would not recommend them.
