The work that was done I guess was good but I would like them to have explained the process step by step showing me what was being done. Instead they started working without an explanation I had to constantly ask why are you doing this what are you doing now. I also had to negotiate the price down when I got the quotation they included the sanitization spray but when the person came to charge me he said it's going to be $100 so I said go back to your record this is not what we agreed on then he said ok I will do it for free. I find the need to haggle the price down is not a professional way especially that we agreed on it on the phone. They seem to have done a good job overall.

As per our process we explain the duct cleaning procedure to every customer at time of booking the appointment. Regarding the pricing issue there was some confusion and the technician was trying to give you a better deal.
