I have no complaint about this company, Even our closing day was delayed. They were trying their best to stick to the closing day... There are things like weather that they can not control. In term of workmanship and quality, I do think that they have done a really good job. I am very surprised to hear the comments about poor quality and garbage materials that they are using. My experience with Mattamy Home is a much pleasant one compared to Fieldgate homes, our old house. There is no questions about some of the defects we have to deal with. It is not uncommon for a newly built house. My friend who had hired a builder to custom built his house in North York, he has to deal with a long list of defects and his construction cost is keep going up just by fixing defects. For the Decor center, Mattamy home has a very informative department to help you design your house, unfortunately, the cost are very expensive and there is no discount on anything you do even they do not have to install the standard materials. The staff there really takes their time to help you sort out the colour and design
