Ordered my mattress on Labor Day, sent an e-mail the same day about an inquiry; got a response right away! Got it delivered two days later in a 2-hour timeframe. Andy was friendly and super efficient to bring the mattress upstairs, the whole thing took maybe 5 minutes. I also appreciated that I only paid upon receipt of the mattress. Thank you!
