We recently completed a full home renovation and used Towne for almost all of the work. In short, they were the best contractors we have ever worked with, in every aspect. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone. We purchased a two story home with an unfinished basement with plans to gut the entire house, renovate (including a lot of structural work) and finish the basement. We had 5 general contractors come through the house and from the start, we knew Towne was going to be the best fit for us. Steve was very prompt with his communication and provided us with the most detailed quote by far. The price was very competitive and the amount of detail in the quote made us comfortable knowing how he came up with the final numbers. We met Dan and Tom before the project started to go over the plan and schedule for all of the work. They had many ideas that changed and made our original plan better. We met the rest of the crew at the start of the project and over the next few months they all literally became like family. They treated our house like their own and their workmanship was top notch. Like any large project, there were issues that came up but the guys always gave us several options and made the decision process real easy. The sub trades they brought in throughout the project were also great and did a fantastic job. One thing that really stood out for us throughout the renovation was their communication. Anytime we had a question or concern, Dan or Tom would get us an answer quickly. It didn't matter what time or day of the week it was, the guys were always prompt in answering our calls and messages. This is something that's hard to find and really goes a long way. Even with the project complete, they still answer our questions promptly and have been great at fixing any issues we have had come up. Really great customer service. Again, Towne did an amazing job on our house and I would recommend them to everyone. Not only is their work fantastic, they are all honest, caring people who really care about their customers.

We recently did an entire house renovation and used Millworx for our kitchen cabinets and island, servery, entertainment unit and all of our bathroom vanities. This was a fairly large project but the team at Millworx knocked it out of the park. We knew we made the right decision in choosing Millworx right from the start when Larysa came to spec out our house before the renovations started. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the different types of product available and had great design ideas. We agreed on a design and she had the drawings and quote prepared quickly. We then visited their showroom and were able see and choose all of the different materials and finishes. Their facility is very impressive, from the showroom to the workshop we were blown away. Our project was built ahead of schedule and installed flawlessly. After the installation, Eric came by for a final inspection to make sure everything was the way we expected it to be. Millworx was professional to deal with, customer focus oriented and their price was very competitive. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again.
