We ordered new windows for an addition built onto our home. They were delivered and installed on time, as promised, and met our expectations. Not long after some additional work was done to the structure, we noticed that some of the windows were "sticking". John was called on 3 separate occasions, and each time he showed up within 48 hours to fix the problem. There's been no issue since and we're very pleased, not only with the quality of the windows, but with the customer service and after-care as well. Thank you, John!
