After spending for me is a fortune on all new appliances, (Wolf stove, Fridge, Miele dishwasher, washer/dryer...and unfortunatley Wine Fridge) Tasco is refusing to exchange a pricey wine fridge after it was dropped off at my house. I failed to notice a broken plug, and when turned on threw errors. After asking for an exchange unit or refund, I got the "Talk to customer service". Who never pick up their phones, and couldn't care less about how much money you spent with them. Instead they throw endless subcontractors and "RMA's" for you to wait around for. Another prime example of lousy customer service hiding beghind some shiny products. They dont service what they sell, and good luck getting your money back.

We are sorry for your experience with your wine fridge. We do advertise that all appliances come with a full manufacturer's warranty which Tasco does not hold. Also Tasco does not employ technicians we rely on the manfacuter (and their provided warranty) to dispatch technicians. Thank you for your comments.
