Our furnace started making an odd and bad sound, so we called in. Leroy came out as promised in the early afternoon and showed me exactly what it was (the exhaust motor) by plugging and unplugging it so I could hear the difference. He ordered the part and was back at 7 a.m. to install it and clean and tune the furnace. (The furnace was still running ok overnight, it's just you could hear it was going to go soon.) We're pleased esp. since you hear about some places locking out old furnaces (ours is 17 years old) when they aren't broken etc, so I was a bit worried. Professional and pleasant experience!

After other estimates that contradicted the pattern of leaking we saw, we called All-Can based on HomeStars at 5 p.m. The owner Elvis called back promptly the next morning, visited and assessed the problem that day (was early for the appt!), estimated and arranged for the fix at our convenience the very next day. He provided photos and a good explanation of the cause of the problem. The crew fixed the problem on time, on cost (despite the need for extra materials), and with a bit of extra free work on the eavestroughs, too! We will use this company again and recommend it to friends.
