Installation process is a joke and hidden costs. We were told that there is no cost for dispatch for alarms by the sales gentleman, but it turns out there was when there was a false alarm from construction dust (which I believe is faulty on the sensor products). It took 3 separate installers 3 separate times to install the tilt sensor correctly. There has been multiple cancellations, most of the time very near the time of the appointment. And the 4th installer noticed the panel installed incorrectly, so Liberty called to re-wire a problem we did not know existed/were never told about, but also that was looked at by 3 previous installers (did they notice not offer help, or did not notice a problem). No recommendation here to use the company.
